Cancellation policy

All travel products have a different cancellation policy. However, most products sold through flightreservations-us.com are non-refundable. However, we still recommend CONFIRMING with our travel consultant at the time of booking. All Travel products can be canceled without any penalty 24 hours after your reservation. You would receive a full refund in addition to the service fee, which can be $ 25-50 USD. Cancellations must be made over the phone only. We can accept refund requests based on the following Conditions: 1.) We can secure vendor waivers to address this requested cancellation and refund. Refunds can take up to 60 to 90 days from the day we send you a confirmation receipt for your cancellation request. The confirmation email itself is not a refund guarantee however it is a written notification to confirm that the cancellation process has begun upon your request. In certain situations, airlines may provide you with a future credit, which can be used up to 365 days from the date of cancellation, however at the time of reuse of this credit, you will incur a new reservation fee,

Baggage and other supplementary airline fees

Air travel itinerary changes, if permitted by the airline fare rules, may have a change fee charged by the airline typically ranging between $ 200 and $ 300 USD per ticket that will vary by market, carrier and specific fare rule. In addition, any changes made with faressquare to your itinerary will incur per ticket faressquare processing fee.

Entry / Exit Fees
